People can't make board accounts.
Ok I was online and this player ApexB wanted to be a member. They did /iwanttobeamember, i gave him/her the link to the tutorial. Well he/she is not getting the confermation email so I told him/her that i would make them a board account with my extra email and make the password password so they could log in and do the sign in thing. Well the confermation email didn't show up in my 2nd email so I'm beginning to think that PHPBB is broken.
