MaxstenVille Local Business block (PLAN SCRAPPED)

In MaxstenVille there are too many private shops and other businesses, here, there and everywhere taking up the much needed and valuable space. To combat this situation, I'm going to make a 'Local Business block'. This will be a building with many rooms for people to create shops, cafés and much more without creating more and more useless buildings dotted around MaxstenVille. The Local Business block will be located just on the edge of water valley, just outside the tower district.

Yeah we can all the stuff etcetera we only need a resident to build it for us. If made prototypes already in my single player and I plan to build one in Epicity as soon as possible. So it would be great if one of your residents could build the EFC Maxtenville for us

i havent spoken with drake about it yet but i thought something like 1/4 or 1/3 of the profit. all they have to do is build the place.

This would be a franchise. Anyone could open a EFC but they have to buy our stuff. They would buy our stuff cheap then sell it at their shop. We hope to open one in everytown
