So I was building a house on the server. rollo came up and planted trees in my building area. I politely asked him to stop, but he made an excuse and planted more saplings, planning on using bone meal on it later. In retaliation, I placed a couple dirt blocks in his work shed, and asked him how it felt to him, planning on removing them after I got the point across. This lead to him killing me. I went to pick up my stuff, hit him once then tried to walk away, leading to him killing me a second time. I got my flint and steel, put it near his house, distinguished it, then tried to walk away, leading to him killing me a third time, but this time, he burned my stuff, which was a 7 emeralds, Fully enchanted Iron armour, an assortment of foods, and some iron tools. He took my diamond stuff, which managed to survive, and neglected to give it back, and began to kill a few of my live-stock. After about 10 minutes of trying to get him to give me my stuff back, Therano got online and asked him if he could kill him to know if he didn't take my stuff which lead to him saying no. During that he was no where in sight Therano persuaded him, and after rollo aggreed, he stalled, and 2 minutes later he strolled up with no diamond stuff. I would like to ask for a ban to this, Please. I'm sorry if this is a bit lengthy.

This did actually happen, I watched it from the begining part, the serveral bouts between the two did occur, the multiple accounts of killing, and the loot, which had to have been picked up by rollo, because it did not appear in my inventory, or apex's. I wasn't witness to the second part the, the burning of the items, but relogged when therano was there

Rollo also got my diamond sword lost, with an enchantment, so since it got burned I don't think I have it anymore, plus, apex was holding my emeralds for me

After reading thousands of lines of chat i can say this:

You did not ask him politely, you just asked him once and he did not mention it: because you did not even call his name and it seemed like you were answering jaganagas question. After you "asked him politely" again he clearly replied "what?" because he had no idea what you were talking about, instead of explaining you started being aggressive.

My conclusion is that it was just bad misunderstanding because rollo did not get the 21:00:47 message. Problem is, that such misunderstanding started bad argue. ApexB was trusted member, rollo123 was trusted member. Trusted members should give example to other members and instead of that, their argue forces them to break rules! In addition to that, during investigaton one of them was making up statements that were clearly false.

Both of them were demoted to member and will never be promoted any higher.

If you feel that my decision is wrong, i can supply more evidence about specific problems.

I do in fact feel that your decision was wrong, it was not a misunderstanding between the two, and I don't believe that demoting BOTH of them, not only Apex, was the right thing to do. I don't know if you still have access to the chat logs before this incident, but if you look at them, me and apex had finished our argument about the dock. Rollo had previously sided with me on the dock, and expressed this support by repeatedly hitting Apex off the dock. He then went offline, but Apex and I then settled upon having Kyborek choose what to have done about it. Rollo then joined, and you can see us start arguing again, but this was just to annoy Rollo a little bit, but Rollo started getting increasingly more aggressive towards Apex, hitting him over and over. Rollo then began planting trees inside the outline of Apex's un-constructed house, and this is where the threat mentioned above was typed. Now these events show that Apex and I were able to settle our argument, without having to resort to anything drastic. Rollo, however, proved on both events that, the dock issue and the false one, that his methods for problem resolving are through force.
