Hello,

What happened with snufflez89 was a misunderstanding. I did not mean that it was a good idea to steal and kill, but rather that there was nothing to protect items (/pvp /cprivate etc.) especially within the first day when there were absolutely no commands. I do not think he is one who would do something like this again (especially in the main world). I do not believe he should be banned seeing as this was a misunderstanding.
