How to make commands & open ur ports? (watch please)

Hi, it's Irorogge again. U helped me with my first question so i hope you guys can help me with this question to.

I've got my own server now and I've got 2 problems;

1st problem: I don't know how i make commands like (/spawn,...)

2nd problem: I don't get my router ports open on my DIR-615,
Please look at the steps and try to help me, ty.

(Find the staps on Portforward.com, find "D" and goto "DLINK" ~ "DIR-615". Then skip the advertisement. And open it for Minecraft Server. Then u see the steps. At new topic with questions for more details.)

There's plenty of tutorials out on youtube ect go look at them. Don't ask for help with another server.

We have our server to think about, if you can't fix it then just stay on hpcraft .
