Mob Bounty?

Um...I have noticed that killing mobs for pxls is not working for me at least anyways. Is there a reason why it is down? Because it is kind of annoying because I am low on pxls and I really need some. But if there is a reason why it is down can you please tell me? I wouldn't mind if it is down but it is inconvenient .

It is not updated yet to the latest bukkit version.
