I've decided to clear this house and remove all the locks on the chests/doors (with operator+ help), and open it up for new residents to peaksville. If you do own this house please speak up.

Also awsomia please contact me about your house placement, I truly dislike it being right out side my house. I can show you a few good spots to build your home if you would like.

The house was originally built by mastermomoon I think. He also destroyed Therano and my roof with it....

Yup, Len cleared the chest for us and the house is open for sale (live in).

Forgot to mention this, lol o well, if you coming to live in Peaksville, please ask where to build, and do not build in random spots, ask Max, me or any of our assistants and they should point you in the right direction.

Also I set up a few signs for some nice places to build homes, just look around for a nice spot and then, if its ok by Max or me, we will give you the ok to build there.
