Epic towns Entry

When ever some one warps into another town, ether by mistake or personal reason,
they get a endless loop of kicking every time they try to login , do to the fact that the server is denying them access and kicking them for moving to fast.
So they are stuck moving to fast and getting kicked. And unless the mayor/vice don't do something then there stuck there unable get on the server.

Not sure how to fix this, but to prevent players who are blocked from entering the town through the warp.

(not sure where I should put this post, its more of a heads up rather then a "asking for help")
