Global Police

Overview:

Basically the point is to just have a day to day watch man. I would create a task force (hand picked) to help keep an eye on things.

Buildings:

The police-station would have a large complaints wall, in which players can post problems they have had with griefers. To make sure people are following the rules. The towns would have to apply to make sheriffs in there towns, which will report directly to the global police station. after the application is approved then they will be allowed to build a small police station in their town.
