Skytown

Hello, i have started playing some time ago on TMP server and build something that i really loved. But now the main world is back and i am only restricted to guest area or towns, both of theese will propably not satisfy me because guests would be surprised if they find town in a guest area and off course it wont be protected from griefers so thats the main problem. What i want are some people that like heights like me so we could build huge towers and platforms from cobblestone. If we want we could make it look epic with some lava flows or anything else.

So i ask here for:
People that would live there too
Making the area safe with permissions
Any suggestions

You have to read the rules before starting anything here.
'Skytown' sounds unrealistic.

Its just how it sounds. Off course everything stands on ground, but real buildings can be high too right?
I have never said that it will "fly", it will just need somewhat big number of materials to make it solid.

Ok, project Skytown was started in guest zone, if anyone feels it is bad, come and see it.
We are currently building main tower and here is how the base looks (it should be solid enought):


Just to explain:
Dark (almost black) are cobblestone walls
Grey (corners) are solid cleanstone pillars
Red (one side) is cobblestone stairs
Blue is hole serving as entrance from underground tunnel
