I've been on the promotion board and I saw not a single app has been approved, or has been replied. I think you should look into the problem as more and more member would like to be promoted and become and better member of the community.

I actually agree with this point there are a few who applied who are actually trusted by many but Heinz may not know them well sometimes :/ Criteria is to be trusted by an op too. (~200th post~)
