tl;dr

A ban is a ban you deserve every bit if you break the rules!

Also I thought I'd say that a vote such as this won't count for anything if you're banned you don't get any such privilege.

But I did not break the rules to the extent worthy of a ban, which is why I posted this. My pm to Heinz lists everything that happened on the server, please read it carefully as it is the truth and an apology.

Sorry stxyzth, but i think we can pardon some players.

ban: flakechick, t1t2t1t2 (both PM'ed me ... they could have used the board threads as well!)
unban: gamerpigeon (because he is willing to accept the rules)

just by the way - the rules are clear - revenge or not..

Nothing against any who were ban, or have been ban when they have done nothing wrong.

With that being said, I do think that; if people do conduct them selfs unbecoming of the server they should be banned, we have rules and standards we must up hold, and if we do not respect them, then we should not be allowed to use the privileged granted to us by Heinz.

I believe that all players who break the rules should and must be removed with extreme prejudice. Like all forms of punishment, there are times when we are falsely accused or unjustly punished, and if this happens then its is under the decision of Heinz to see whether the accused should be allowed back into the server.

And on a final note, I think that all choices made by the admins/operators with-in the server are on the same level as Heinz him-self and should be treated like so, Heinz himself has chosen his staff as an extension of him self and we should respect all decisions made by the admins/operators.

Trusts is a very valuable thing to have and a need commodity with any form of command.

People never change, in time the thing that got them banned in the first place will get them banned again.

Just over time I've seen former banned members get unbanned and then get banned again 0.0.
