But he has no town commands? And stefan the democracy can be for the District Supervisors, it's just not really possible to elect mayors see. As said, we can have elections for the DS's by the people, although it might be easier if the mayors then appoint the elected DS's to a district. Happy?

ELECTIONS!
There will be elections for five DistrictSupervisors. All citizens can vote for a candidate in Historical Epicity or Aurora townhall. Every citizen with the rank of trusted can put him or herself forward as a candidate. Candidates can vote, but not for themselves. The five candidates with the most votes will be appointed a district by the mayors.

The function: district supervisor (DS)
DS's are no vicemayors nor are they bosses of any kind, they're more like a district elder. They are to guide newbies their way around (not just in their district but the whole of Elysium) and are responsible for the looks and tidiness of their district, such as mob prevention (lights) and activity checks (inactive people's houses have to be removed). The DS's should be well aware of the townrules and have the rank of trusted or higher.

Candidates are to write their name in the book put in a chest on the Elysium Bridge before Friday.
