You caused breeding hearts at a horse and thought u tamed it.
Afterwards i told you several times how breeding and taming works and asked u to tie it wich you havnt been doing.
In case one of the other OP´s will unbann you thats fine for me but i wont.

It must've been a tamed horse, but obviously the owner of the horse didn't have a saddle so he left it. There is no rule saying that you can't ride/take abandonned horses. But the horse was the owners property so this could also be called stealing. Which is not allowed.
Up to the ops to decide ^^

ps: Being banned before is not a good fact to keep in mind.

1.6.2 also fixes horses escaping their pens... So maybe it went out.

And it was tamed so it had an owner.

Free name tags dispensed at spawn so every horse is named, that's the solution :p
