I have modified my design slightly to make it "greener" and open it up a bit. I Added some balcony's, a 3rd "nature area" floor, and some hedges here and there.

I figure I should explain my design a little. I wanted to make an area so that when new people join the server, I wanted the first thing they see to catch their eye, as well as give them an area to explore, and feel welcome. It also gives them some areas to work, and some bulletin boards that contain rules, notices, etc.

I really encourage people to have a look at my design, the picture just doesn't do it justice.
