True, It made the Diamonds from 100 to 10?
They used to be 100-150, They're the basic of the Market.
And now they're like super cheap. Might take a time to find a good price and a good economy. We'll see.

Edit:
Mhh, a Diamond block for the Price of the HPM-O. It's not a special price anymore...
Must find something else, 3 Diamond blocks? 10k pxlz?

Like seriously idk how good mining world is (LOL i found nothing) but I lost my 20k thanks to dodo. Returned the diamonds I sold to jeff as I don't wanna let him stay pissed /: Pxl trouble for me... -.-

If you found nothing please tell us at what Y level you were mining and how much time did you spend there (15 minutes of 3 diamond pickaxes?)

Ok pros and cons of mining world i found out from about 3 hrs of minin:
pros:
LOADS of coal (gigantic veins)
Glowstone
Beautiful caves
Netherrack/soulsand
Plenty of clay
Rarer spawners

CONS:
Ore veins are too scarce and hard to find(gold/diamond)
Caves too open (lesser chance of having ores, too safe from PvM)
Bad spawner positions ( found slime spawner but it does not work as y too high)
Y too high ( takes longer to render chunks and makes it difficult to find ore)

So here are some suggestions:
1. Make the caves less wide, this makes it easier for spiders, creepers andn zombies to attack the players and it makes it easier to spot ores.
2. Have veins more abundant but have smaller veins, coal super veins can get too annoying and the ores are VERY rare.
3. More spawners ( maybe blaze or more dangerous mobs). Makes it more fun and stuff.
4. More dirt/ gravel ( reduces chances of the glitchy screen thingy)
5. Make ores availlable at ALL levels but at different concentrations ( this way makes ores less rare while giving players a chance of finding the 'perfect' spot).
6. Have treasure chests (abandoned mine shaft much?)

-diamond is rare and is not found very often and the most i found in a vein is 10 so maybe 4-9 per vein?
-redstone is not too rare but is quite easy to get sometimes veins should be 4-7
-gold is quite rare but isnt worth much so i think a vein should be about 5-8
-lapis is almost useless but blocks can be nice but maybe make it rarer so people like to have it more
-iron is probably one of the most useful and wanted ore i recommend a lot of it and veins up to 6-14
-coal is still easy to find so keep it the way is which i think is 8-16 and in some cases around 24

please let me know if your going to implement this :D

I've spent a good chunk of time there and I've yet to find iron at any level. Maybe increase the amount it shows up?

Also, I'm not a fan of all the netherack at the lower lvls. You end up with so much of it you don't know what to do with it
