Added vice-mayors to the board, once lexxia has her own town we will not have another mayor replacing her. This means we will end up having two lords with 3 vicemayors. Vicemayors can be replaced when they're too inactive.

hi can I join your city please and I will follow the rules and will follow what people say I should do. the reason I want to join is because its a good city and has a lot to offer.

Hello guys, sadly I am leaving Elysium, and joining a town called Terra Nova
my house will be removed in Epicity in the next week or so, along with all of my belongings in the chest room.
