YAY Willyg2014 . Already got two people to join my district and more than likely two more will come (haven't talked to them, but I know them IRL).

It is a great idea, but i do not think it would work as a town.

1) There are not many members in the town, much less active or ones that know what style you want to build. This means that YOU must be the one who mainly build the buildings which is very resource consuming, tedious and time consuming.

2) Resident in equality. Due to the lack of people, one town may have more people than anothers, which may create problems. And 13 towns is very difficult to control without admin abilities to check on the town.

3) Resident stealing. I agree when you say that it is the resident's choice in leaving/ joining a town. But it creates unneccesary trouble for the mayors of different town as it means demolishing buildings of the previous residents ( even worse with locked chests)

4) Creating another world may cause more lag on the server as the server would need to render more land. And from what i currently know, making an RPG empire = residents cant build= no point for more chunks to be loaded.

It is truly a great idea, but i feel it would be better for it to instead be a project for the server and not a town itself (adventure world much?). So yea, i think it sould be moved to be a PROJECT instead.

RPG doesn't mean they can't build, they can build all they want. Also to start off we're not aiming for 13 towns, we would have to start off with a few, fill them up, and if everything works out open up new opportunities.
Also I wasn't aiming for a new world. A zone just as large as HP-empire would be more than suitable for 13 Districts.

One big town instead of a nation? Is that what your saying heng? That may just work. Not as good I mean I still think the Empire is a good idea.

1 town housing 13 districts? What, like 2 homes per district much? That doesn't suit at all.

and i believe you are trying to take on something way too big ... one town is hard enough to set up and get residents never mind 5 towns at the same time ... in my eyes this is a really stupid idea , if you want to make a hunger games server go pay for one yourself , and i completely agree with davon that what happens when hunger games isnt popular ? and fact is your basing your town off something not everybody like i gaurentee that only half of existing members of the server like hunger games i for one dont like it , and you say it will bring members to the server ? only if you have towns built and put videos on youtube of the set up you would have , this would take at least a couple of months and by then it would most likely not be popular , i know the idea of having a town is exciting and you believe you can pull it off with a lot of effort but its in my opinion not worth the hasle

Lol james, that's probably the last post ill ever read of yours again, because your opinions are are so void of founded argumentation and are solely based on what you believe, on what your emotions are and how it will affect you, whereas you have not the slightest idea of how HUGE the hunger games are. They are going to be releasing 2 more movies and who knows what else. The franchise has surpassed expectations. Also, just because you would be incapable of realizing a task doesn't mean that nobody else can, actually I'm quite bent towards saying quite the opposite, since you have already proven yourself incapable of bringing valid arguments to the discussion and have instead based yourself on what has already been said.

Also it is very hard to read your post since you use incorrect grammar, lack punctuation and do not use capital letters. How am I supposed to take anything you say seriously if you can't even take the time to write it properly.

All you have expressed are your little personal concerns and opinions, which is not what were looking for, we're looking for opinions and oversights of the idea, not "i gaurentee that only half of existing members of the server like hunger games i for one dont like it". What guarantee? You can't guaranty anything unless you've gone around and asked. If you expect anybody to believe you tell them to read this and make a post.

I have never expected much from you James, and frankly I still don't. I believe that without a doubt you are 100% incapable of managing a project of this size, much less coming up with the idea...

Also, you hate me, you hate what I say, everything I do seems stupid in your eyes, so your basing your arguments on your hate for me, that just makes your opinion even more worthless. "not worth the hasle", well let me tell you this, if everybody thought that anything big was "not worth the hasle(spelling mistake BTW)" we wouldn't be anywhere. Lol, come to think of it, with such poor optimism the server wouldn't exist. What if Heinz was told that making a server was "not worth the hasle"? Yeah, well if he was told that, he didn't believe one bit of it and look where we are, we have HPcraft.


I believe you are like all the other obstacles on the way to progress, these people with their petty concerns and opinions, they never do give any useful insight. You aren't helping anyone by saying that something isn't possible.

So further on, I expect any response from you be actually thought through and revised, or else I won't take the time to respond to you anymore.

Ok dodo I was trying to be impartial and open minded here but now your just being flat out rude. I completely agree with james and the other mayors and I honestly couldn't care less about a persons spelling. That's no reason to be so hateful towards a person just because he doesn't like your idea.

Personally, I don't like the idea either. This isn't a hunger games server, and I hope it never is. There are lots of who people either don't care about or like the hunger games, myself being one of them. It's just another book series that was made over-popular by a movie. Does that mean we should build hogwarts in the server and split people up into 4 classes?

Part of me kinda doesn't want this to happen simply because your being so condesending to higher ranked people who realize this is a bad idea. There are already tons of servers with the hunger games theme, that doesn't mean this one should to..

Actually no, there aren't any other hunger games servers and this is exactly why I wanted to make something about it. I never said anything about making the server about the hunger games, only speaking about a nation. Also I really dislike JamesBegley just as much as he dislikes me and no matter what rank he is I will express the way i see him and that's none of your business. I could go into details as to why I hate James, but I wont for the sake of not getting banned because this would be quite more than condescending.

He just has this smug attitude that really rubs me the wrong way.

ALSO, being "condescending"? Really? Are you *MEEP*ing kidding me? So James is my superior now? Well he sure doesn't have superior intellect. 1 rank higher? Mayor? And i should treat him as a god? LOL, I don't owe him any more respect than to anybody else except my friends, the OPs and Heinz himself, all the rest of you, we're at the same level. You may be able to ban and stuff, but i will NEVER, i repeat : i will NEVER, treat you as my superior. EVER. THAT, is what really bugs me. If you want to show yourself as superior, you're gonna have to be smart, because some little minecraft rank doesn't mean much.

Rude. Cmon. Yeah, he want's to call me stupid? Yeah, then I can retaliate all I want. I take that as an insult, and to me that's basically granting me permission to retaliate in a similar fashion.

How about we build a hunger games arena, and the people who want Panem (like me and dodo) against others XD. Jk jk. but really. I have talked to people and I have 3-6 people who already want to join a town thats not even made. Notice that the people opposing are existing mayors.
