GamerIG, i told you... Do not play the olympics god. People don't like that.
Just BUILD or PLAN what you want. There is no need for an application form and stuff.
There is no need to deny players who just want to place some blocks.
Davon is right. It's a global event for everybody (who is allowed to build at the spot...).

Where are the instructions to build?
Where is the list of buildings we need?
Is the filming of that event more important than building it?
Is there any spot/area yet? We have to set a zone and give build permissions i guess.

The particant form is just to make the Point-counting easier for me. And everyone is allowed to do there part. I just try to keep it all organised. ;/

My suggest: Let it happen on a period of time like every second week saturday 20:00 GMT ..

My idea is to do it in 4-6 weeks, With every Saturday/Friday an Event on 20:00 pm!
It is one big event, Not every week a new event. ;P

I cant film time-lapses only the events

I'll change that for you.
