Flakechick and I have recently been banned. Not quite sure why...but the dude who got us banned, t1t2t1t2(also banned most likely for lying), claimed we caused a global apocalypse :O Heinz said that we should make the subject public, so I thought why not see how many people want us in the server. So if you want us to stay in the server and that you believe we didn't cause harm intentionally then please leave a comment below saying so, if you believe otherwise and that we should be banned to leave t1t2t1t2 to come back and run amock :O please leave a comment below saying so

Also feel free to simply post your opinions on matter, if you feel a vote is unessesary.

I hope you guys support us and hopefully we will be able to help you guys build and play some minecraft soon!

Actually i tried to help you and you just written to me "Stfu". I see you did the same to Heinz which is bad idea and it is very certain that you would cause more troubles.

If you wanted to say sorry, you FAILED. Vote is not a way to get unbanned.

Umm...that's what Heinz told me to do. He didnt even read the text I sent him so how would you know that I did not say sorry? Oh and I did not know that flakechick sent any vulgar messages and if I knew, then I would not have included him in any apologies. Sorry if you think that voting is bad, but if we were accused of something we did not do, then why would we or I go through the trouble into proving it?

So if there is something in message that says "sorry" and Heinz wanted you to make it public, why dont you put that message here? If you put whole original message here you can be sure i will read it.

It is very long and mainly explains what happened, but if that is what you want, I will post it in a moment

I am sure you are aware of the incidents that took place yesterday on the temporary server. This message is not a message of me behind forgiveness, nor is it an attempt to get t1t2t1t2 banned. This message is to simply inform you of the TRUTH about the events that took place. I will say ONCE that we are sorry for anything we did bad unknowingly or unintentionally. However, I respect your judgement of the outcome of his case, whether it is wrong or not.
It all started when I updated minecraft and joined the server. I arrived to find that I was in the temporary server. I immediately started to get some achievements and see the new update for myself. When I got to the achievement where you have to get some IRON I decided to team up with my friend flakechick in an attempt to get some iron. Other people started to join in with us and we didn't mind at first until it started to get a bit cramped XD. t1t2t1t2(extremely unimaginative name ) arrived at our house with the intention of "helping" us. We immediately disapproved as there were already too many people. Moments later he returned again, this time with the intention of killing us! He dug a hole into our basement where our mine began and killed me. He then left and returned YET AGAIN this time making the hole bigger and digging several other holes. We then asked help from the highest ranked member online, MaxZellner, and he assisted us mine in peace. This did not last long as MaxZellner had to go offline, leaving us exposed to the dangers of this MANIAC running amock! He returned several times and killed us. As I am only 13 years of age, I started to mindlessly hurl abuse at him in vain hope that he would stop and leave us alone. He did not. At one point in this argument, we both were kicked from the server. I am not sure this was you but if it was you, then surely you are aware this was happening! I returned saying I was sorry and that if he stops spamming the chat and returning to kill us, then I will play minecraft in peace. He returned and immediately started spamming the chat attempting to talk to us or Therano, who was not replying and therefore falls into the category of spamming, which I am pretty sure is against server rules! He continued to return and terrorise us. Then as if a miracle had happened, Sam arrived! I took no haste in informing him of what was happening! Much to my dismay, he had been stripped of his guard rank as the plugins were not enabled as this was a temporary server!!! t1t2t1t2(again with the uncreativity XD) laughed at this and continued with his extreme terrorism. flakechick, out of blind rage, then decided we need payback. I did not think this was the smartest idea so I stood well clear of any damage to property. My dad came and informed me that I had to go to bed! I knew that I had lost the battle and went to sleep with my intentions of not giving up! My original plan was to report him before he could do anything but I was cut off by my bedtime!!! >:(
Please, do not just mindlessly ban me from the forums as I know you are better than that.
T1t2t1t2 said that the damage was 10. This is a lie because we did not flood the spawn with lava, nor did we block it off. I didn't even put lava on his house! I left before any damage was done, which is his second lie! He said I took orders from flakechick and placed lava on his house!!!!!! I was absolutely outraged at this and knew that he would be banned the minute you discovered he truth.
UNLIKE HIM we have evidence!!! I'm fairly certain that R0MAR and MaxZellner and Sam can validate my statements and support me!
We at least deserve a second chance and I respect your decision right or wrong. However, I highly recommend that you do not let this abominated, uncreative, unimaginative, low lying, unintelligent, SCUMBAG of the community, continue to run amock and possibly, or even LIKELY, cause any more INNOCENT BANS.

I do not know what has happend, but I think you thought about it much enough to take advice from it.
TMP maps are rough and ppl can slip into theory, it is a battlezone you can do anything without penalty.
If your version is truthful stained just with emotions, I vote for you, gamerpigeon, to stay.

From my evidence it is apparent that main conflict was between t1t2t1t2 and flakechick which both were rages so i dont know how it started. But i can vote (only!) for gamerpigeon to deserve another chance because he tried to solve problem instead of spamming the chat.


And by the way, both flakechick and t1t2t1t2 told me the read the rules. Still they got into situation like this.
Maybe we could notice all players that killing/destroying is not allowed even if it would be revenge. (except jail of course)

i would just like to say that i fully support this ban being lifted and i have havd nothing but help and support from both flakechick and gamerpigeon.
Although i do not fully know what happened to cause this ban, i believe that they are valuable assets to the server and helped me when no one else would. If it is something that happened in the TMP server then i believe it shouldnt be counted (unless it was something so unbelievably outrageous) as, like sismut said, "TMP maps are rough and ppl can slip into theory, it is a battlezone you can do anything without penalty".
