I was thinking Kings and lord should be able to build in all of the nation their town or kingdom was built, this will help out a lot the nation owner in case of a projects or to help out new mayor or member to the nation.
Another Thing is being able to jail people ( to the new jail-island ), Because sometimes their are some noobish people on typing in caps and greifing and just being plain stupid.

That does sound like a good thing to give lords the ability to jail people, but I suggest they are only allowed to jail people with in there towns and not random players through out the server.

Pros:

• 1. Gives Lords better control on griefing and problems with in town.
  2. Ends problems with in towns before the start.
  3. Creates a way for lords to stop griefing, with out removing residence or posting a grief report.

Cons:

• 1. Lords could abuse and cause player to go to jail, unjustly.
  2. If the lord does not like a resident out of personal problem then it could be abused.
  3. (don't know what to put, just like it even)

I personal support the Idea that Lord+ can put problem residence in jail, only if they do it to there own residents and not to random people or even other town players.

Tho Cj if something like that happen and a lord jail someone for randomness then they will get demoted, since they can't be trusted with that type of power and rank.

Gonna say this again..... how about a vote for someone to get jailed that can be initiated by lord+ (may be mayors+ but mayor power should be reduced)?
PROS
1. More justice based
2. Gives other people on the server freedom of speech
3. Gives an accused a chance

CONS
1. Accused friend can bust accused out, guilty or not.
2. Rivary may affect.(Though will encourage kindness)
3. Gives an GUILTY accused a chance

That would be nice how about be add a court system to jail island?

Or simply use Indigo Court House

It's such a mess when there's people who don't live in a town can build in it. Only Nation owners should be able to build in any town, if they need help they can get a temp access.

Ignoring the building perms for now, I do like the jailing by Lords. I'm actually surprised they can't. You must be Trusted to be Lord, so how come you're not 'trusted' to jail people causing problems?
However, to avoid people complaining about being jailed unfairly, the Lord jailing them should simply have to post somewhere on the Board their reasons. If they don't, Stx and Heinz can figure out what their issue is, and if they're just abusing their power, demote them. Simple solutions.

I like the fact you say they'll be punished and demoted for stupid actions but I know that wouldn't stop some people. Our system is fine our action to banning jailing ect is fine. We have no need for any more since at the moment there's not need.
