I don't care all the people who are crying when i start running the town perm check.
HP-Bot will remove permissions for residents which are not listed in the botinfo.

Everything fine with the first checks.
Just one critical bug found: nicknames including underline (_) wasn't valid

Okay!
It's done and it works!

The bot checks all registered towns every 6 hours the 6. minute.
It's running 4 times a day.

Add ingame + Add botinfo = Instant and forever
Add ingame = Individual will be removed after the bot runs the check. (Usually nighttime)
Add botinfo = Will be added forever, however it needs to update so it is not instant.
