--Bluff View is a quiet little town by the ocean. We build things to go with the surrounding forest and plain landscapes. If you want to join a nice, natural town where you can build a modest home and find valuable materials, please Apply below!

1. Build within your assigned plot.
2. Be willing to help on town projects.
3. No griefing (obviously).
4. No killing anyone, in or out of the town. Murder punishable by ban from town.
5. Replant trees and wheat.
6. No stealing.
7. Respect the orders of Admins and Lords.
8. No locked doors.
9. Keep the natural beauty of the land.This means, don't destroy natural things like waterfalls, hills, etc. Ask permission before destroying these things.
10. Post any builds not already approved by Sticks as a reply to Bluff View. Any buildings not approved may be removed without notice.

This is a post about building. I didn't want to put this in the Rules because it's more of a suggestion.

In an attempt to keep in touch with the natural beauty of Bluff View, try to build with natural-looking materials. Look at the Town Hall to see what I mean. Logs and planks look amazing, smooth stone is good, cobble isn't horrible but doesn't look too great, it just sticks out. So, please take this into consideration when you begin building. I will talk to you privately if I don't think your building is working with the land.

We now have a tree farm, not too far from the Town Hall. Caseinator1 cleared the land and put up the stairs and the torches, so thank you for that!
There is a Bridge to the farm, please close it when you are not using it, it just looks better.
There is a chest in the farm with saplings. Please replant and put all extra saplings in the chest for future users!

Also, please do not build until your plot is approved by myself or the vice mayor (whom we don't have yet).

I am 15 years old. i am a new member and i would like too become a resident of bluff view because i see it is a new town and i would like to build a nice house there while it still has a low population. i play at least once a day minecraft and if i don't at least once a week. By the way if there this application is wrong i am sorry for not putting in the needed ... details. the mayor is Sticks2795.

May i have permission too build in your town or If i become a resident i automatically get that permission?

help me idk what too do at 4 o clock the mayor sticks2795 gave me residence but then after he left at around 6 bot took away my permission too build because i didnt do botinfo?..? or something help me if you could?
