he use kill command on me i lost a lot of stuff. jeffr110 and sticks can back us all up. he was spawning unnamed items and flying for no reason, he keep teleporting to us and us around.

Interesting... Keep in mind if he is a guard then they must trust him a lot. You will need significant proof otherwise I doubt it will go anywhere. It seems very uncharacteristic for someone that trusted to do something like that. There is the possibility of a hacked or stolen account.

i have no reason to report this unless its true. Jeffr110 has also just been banned. i believe him to just be abusing his power.

The fact that he was banned also is quite a big deal. If he comes forward with evidence (if he hasn't already pm'd Heinz or stx about it) this should go rather quickly. Seeing a guard on is a rare thing, at least for me. It's sad that this happened at all.

Ya I was banned by him for no reason as well. This seems odd of p0izm, maybe someones using his account? Either way, this needs to be stopped

This needs to be resolved. I'm not much of a mayor if I'm banned.
