I'm going to start a new project, A large volcano! Awesome right? Well i need your perms stx, because the location is an island north of peaksville in stx territory. The volcano is going to take almost the whole island (Including the water). Big project yes but, Only if you grant me perms until it's done. i promise i will build nowhere, including a mine but, only at the island I've asked to build. And if i do, Whip out the ban hammer and strike me down. But i can promise you, I won't.
