Though being able to decorate your house, I don't think the idea that you can only buy houses will go down very well.

Well, regardless of your points of view, the concept is still open and if he manages to get a few others willing to live there, well, it just might do. As long as he can round up a little group, there's still a chance this town might happen.

To answer your questions.

The aim of the town is to include features like mini-quests, dungeons .etc without plugins, obviously it will need to have regions .etc but the role play experience of the town is created in a no plugin environment, not like we would install a plugin just for a town anyways =P.

And as for the "We cant build" thing, the concept is you buy pre-made houses and are allowed to decorate and expand upon them, this is all done with permits which are very cheap say 10 iron to buy an "Extend house" permit.

Another possible way of doing it is to let players build there houses but they have to make them fit in with the rest of the town, otherwise they would be limited to buying one.

As for keeping track of who has what and how many permits they have, there will be a dropbox folder that myself and landlords will have access to with all the information on that.
