How does everyone get all those cool achivement things ? like there is some that says world gaurd and stuff. How ?

World Guards are a rank on the server, this rank is only award-able through trust and reputation with the server admins.

I think the highest achievable rank is trusted, mayors are a bit locked down as we have too many towns causing inactivity, operators and guards cannot be achieved they can be awarded.

You can go to google and search minecraft achievements creator and you should get it yourself from there.
