Server crash?

Dear Heinz Peter/whom ever it may concern,
The server appears to have been reverted to its 1.9- early 1.0.0 state. At that time, i was jailed because i killed someone. I was wondering if A) It would be possible to unjail me until the server updates, and B) when is the server going to be fixed.
I absolutely love you server, and i was wrong for doing the killing that put me in jail.
Looking forward to seeing the server sometime soon!
