I heard trusted+ are supposed to spawn inside of the CS but i spawn at the old jail. Also I don't have permission to enter HPTree A i can only enter HPTree b i am a trusted member

First of all, by default, all members should spawn at the CS, I can only assume it's a bug that's making you spawn in the old jail. Second of all, HPTree A is for residents of HP-EMPIRE, the town, not the empire. Only HPTree B is public. That's all. BTW, this should be in help and support.

You are right about HP-TREE B, dodo.

About the Spawn:
The 'world spawn' is set to the old jail, guest spawn.
That is the real spawn of our main world.
With our plugin we set that location for guests only.
Members should spawn in front of the CS, trusted+
should spawn in the CS.
There may be some bugs, but its not a big problem
when spawning at the old jail since there is a gate to the CS.

ok my sis syph can use hptree A and i was wondering if there could be more oak trees available because i cannot find any

Aren't there a lot?? Or are they not replanted -.-
