New chat format!

There are so many changes i have to write here.
Sad that i am the only one who is writing news all the time
/me looks at sismut and other operators
And where is Noctifer?

Anyways, we have some new chat format features!!!
&B is bold, &I is italic, &U for underlines and &S for strike through
Bold and underlines are getting relayed to IRC.
Special IRC format is &R which reverts the colors (we have background colors at IRC).

Yes, i know - but we will start the main when a proper bukkit version is available (recommended build).
We are also still testing things from our plugin and as you can see, we are still upgrading it.
