As you might all now, the server video I made about one and a half years ago has now about 77k views while still growing. As you also might know this was alpha 1.2.6 footage which is, of course, outdated and does not represent the server correctly. Plus I have now got better skills regarding recording and producing footage so I think the time has come to make a new video.

This time however, I am going to let you influence what will be seen in the new trailer, so feel free to drop any suggestions here.

Main concerns for me are:

- How long should it be?
- What info should be shown?
- What should the footage contain?

i think it should have a video of every town (thats active) 30 second for each town , and then a quick view of the cs and the free build world

30 seconds per town is pretty insane regarding the number of towns lol. I thought about around 2 to 3 min maybe since its just for presentation and advertisement for the server.

only active town which there arent that many really just ones were people who live there log on everyday / most popular
it would be a 3 - 4 minute video

My suggestion is for video to show our world, show why it is good for us. So i would recommend showing facilities like central station, global shop, hp sand, tutorial world, global bank, spleef arena, gateroom and similar stuff. That will show players how good world we have and that its not just vanilla server with few old-crap plugins.

what about different font something closer to style of the website?

well I found it pretty hard to do that... If you could do it for me that would be awesome

yeah but i feel the reason people join a server is for the towns , all facilities people use are in towns the average person spends barely anytime in the cs .. tbh i dont think people watching the video are going to care less about were we get sand on our server either :L im only throwing a few ideas out there .. but when coestar made a video for his server he done a short clip for each town and it looked great
