Classic on Mac?

Classic on Mac?
I really want to try this but I don't think Classic works on Apple Mac's. It just shows up a black screen. Any ideas?

you could try installing java se7 if you haven't already. It has fixed a lot of java issues on my end, and decreased a lot of lag. Better performance for me, maybe it will help for you?

Well there is a problem with Java and Mac so I googled it and I had to hold down these buttons to get the applet to pop out in another window. Regardless I got it to work.
