NOTE: THIS IS NOT PANEM OR ASSOCIATED WITH PANEM
Hello all!
This is going to be a VERY VERY big project and I need all the test subjects and scientists I can get. So basically I am interested to the story line behind the brilliant games Portal and Portal 2. What I am thinking is this GIANT facility (we have plenty of room right?) That starts at bedrock. Instead of just updating the labs as new updates come out, we just build on top of it and seal the old one off.
Purpose: The purpose of this would be to experiment with minecraft, discover new things, how players react to things and we will also be finding bugs with both bukkit, minecraft, and HPMCore. Puzzles we will make too as well as advanced redstone (a Calculator sometime .
Zone: This is not a town or anything. This would be special zone and the only people who could build in this would be test subjects (more like our test monkeys ) and the scientists.
Roles: Well basically there are two roles, Scientists and Test Subjects. There is no new ranks related to this, however aperture rules will state that scientists must be a Trusted Member. Test subjects are any member who is willing to do stuff really. Main Scientists will have accesses to the zone rules so if they need to turn off building for one test, they can.
Additional Details: I have a lot of supplies in my mansion in epicity and I am ready to build. It would be nice if we could get a warp gate there so scientists and test subjects can gain easy accesses to it. Any old random person who went through the warp gate would not be able to enter the facility and the high security, but there will be observation rooms and tours
Where: Anywhere but jungles would be optimal. (An area with no snow or trees would be nice)
When: ASAP!
How large: 8x8 CHUNKS or bigger (bigger the better!)
Any questions? Please post a reply and I will answer and update the thread as well.
