Official XP grinder!

What i thought was that maybe hpcraft should have an official XP grinder, because the problem in towns is they take a lot of space and unlit caves make them inefficient. So, what i was thinking was simple. It could be in the gate room or whatever, and there'd be a large area with only half slabs to prevent mob spawns elsewhere and there'd be a large mob spawner and the mobs would fall down it and die, simple, but the other thing is once you leave the world you should only be able to keep XP and no mob drops. That's all. I know this defeats the point and we might as well activate XP bottles in the freebuild but this seems more legit.

This is only a suggestion, if you don't like it, well whatever, we'll just resume to figuring out alternatives. I would've asked this in game but i remembered "ask the board".

Yah this is a good idea! But will we need it in 1.3? XP mining is going to be easy and the new top XP level will be 30.

Still easier to get mobs like this than to mine coal. This would also be useless if XP banks are added, which is on the to-do list for HPMcore (Not sure but i think it was my suggestion)
