To ensure Members can allways buy items for their Pixels there sould be unlimited shop at the CS where the most important items ( ironignots, clearstone, briggs, coal, woodlogs .... ) are sold at high price. The price sould be high enough so that private trading can act below them.

Or you can ask players to make their shops, there is lots of people that would surely want to make some money

Trust me, everything will change
When the new spawn area is done (sismut and me worked on it today), everybody will be able to easy shopping at the new (lag free) market area.
You can see it on the GMAP already.

New guests and also members will spawn there.

And no - what kybo said - we wont have a global shop except the CS gold/lapis/redstone shop.
Every world member will be able to create shops in that area. The tutorial 'village' version 3,
is next to the market. Its easy to find out how to create a shop when following the instructions.
