Animated Board Avatar?

There is this simple board avater I want instead of shoop da whoop but it is 119 KB, limit is 19 KB. Anyway I could get this animated avatar? I would be ok with hosting in on my own web server if the 100KB ment that much to you

Drake, you'd have to change the way that the website handles avatars + the image is too large. The limit is 90X90 pixels. Also people could abuse this to create lag. Frankly I think, in all honesty, that this is a stupid request. Why should the way the website works be changed so you can put a retarded picture of Ed.
