Unlocking in towns

I think lords should be able to remove locked things inside their town, cause every time a town wants to remove its inactive residents we have to wait for an op to remove the locks. If lords+ and perhaps mayors too are able to remove locks INSIDE their own city it would really save us all a lot of time :)
Thank you for your time to read this ;)

Well drake, the thing with "eating" lwc is that LWC is such an important feature, that if something happened (like protections not being transfered to the new plugin) a lot of BAD stuff can happen. I personally believe LWC is even more important than the zones plugin, since if somebody griefs, it is logged, so it can be undone and the person banned. But for chest protection? sure, it can be logged, but as far as restoring everybody who could potentially be stolen from? I don't think it's a good risk/reward ratio.

No, it's too big. So many functions cannot be eaten quickly :P
Also the code is clean and fast and i like the author.
The reason for other eaten plugins, was bad or useless code and features.

But we could link to the database and get lords to access town location protections.
Note: too much work.
