hello many people are being kick for flying. basicly were being kicked for placing a block not flying this is they anayoing and if this is just a op messing about plz stop

It is just "feature" of minecraft server and if you are being bug-kicked then its usually caused with lag. For example break a block and go through it, but until the server knows the block has been broken it will not allow you to walk through it but your minecraft client thinks it is gone thus allowing you to go there which causes you to get "stuck" and possibly kicked for flying.
