"Don't find fault, find a remedy."
"Be a yardstick of quality. Some people aren't used to an environment where excellence is expected."
"Don't be afraid to give up the good to go for the great."
On these 3 Quotes the town of Aeternum will be based!
1. If something's wrong, don't worry, we'll give you another chance and even help you!
2. There are people who aren't as talented as others, there are new people, well Aeternum has the best solution for them! We will help them with their works and we will find the best spot for them, we will give them the best MC advice we have!
3. If needed, we will spend all our money and time on Aeternum to make sure it fits our residents needs. We will do anything for our town and it's residents!
The town will be a revamp of the old town of Albatross, I noticed it to be inactive. An active town in the NaturAmantes region would be amazing! Currently there is only Maxstenville (Which is fully supporting the Aeternum Project) and the new town of Mineora, I do know that currently there aren't any new towns accepted but together with this I want to say that this is not a new town, it's a revamp of an old one as said before, if needed the name could remain Albatross though I do like the name Aeternum which is Latin for "Forever". We have enough money, and resources to start

Check the backgrounds of the people you quote first yuppie... really, this guy was one of the greatest Nazi-supporters in the US before WWII and a true antisemitist. I really doubt its a good idea to found a town based on his principles.

Hmm the quote is still there... But hey, that won't be the main problem. As you've so nicely put in another post, the server lacks active members (one of the rules of posting a town application is having at least three people, and although Gravitys kindness counts for two that still isn't enough).
I really don't think we should open yet another town, Maxtenville is a ghost town even without her two most active residents leaving for this new one. And yes, Aurora too didn't grow as much as I hoped after the re opening, but that's the very reason we are now trying to merge with Epicity and reduce the number of towns.

I know the fact that there aren't many people, but I made a suggestion how we could improve that and yes I also know that I have to have 3 residents and I'm doing my best to get some
I really think that it is better to have a big community with a lot of town, a lot of variety than just 1-2 big towns which rule the server...

I don't think posting a thread that acknowledges what we already know, namely a lack of active members, and suggests a few ideas, should be an excuse for prematurely posting a settler app. Let the server get more people first, and then we can see if one of the town is dealing with too many people.

1 or 2 towns that are really big would help the server more than many small ones would. A big city would be more realistic because of the number of residents and would avoid fighting over residents, or permission trouble when visiting your friend. It would also bring people back together, when when living 400 blocks apart in a city is easier to help your friends than when this friend lives in another nation 2000 blocks away.
What we could do, for instance, is let people start new districts, after paying the mayor an amount of money which he can use to buy the chunks (this is probably possible in the new town system). But this is just a wild idea of mine.

I do think that HP is still a town survival server and if we only have like 1 or 2 towns, I don't think it would be much of a town server...
And in my opinion distances do not matter at all, we have gates and a rail system.
And even if this isn't possible now. I did post it now and perhaps it will get accepted in the future. Posting this thread now doesn't mean I don't know what is going on and thus making a useless thread. As I said: Future.
