Elysium's philosophy...
Creativity, fair-mindedness and respect are the pillars of Elysium's philosophy. We aim to be a modern and tolerant town whose citizens respect each other.
Our town will be as realistic as possible. This will mean certain restrictions for our citizens' builds, though nothing too serious.


Rules&Conditions

1. Do not build your house disproportionally high
2. Basements are allowed as long as they are underneath your own house
3. Animals that are loose or otherwise disturbing, such as lag caused by overpopulated pens, may be killed by the government
4. Avoid having large farms of your own, use the CityFarms instead
5. No lava without mayor's permission
6. Destroying blocks that aren't yours is grieving and will be dealt with according to server rules
7. Placing randoms blocks on someone else's allotment or a public parcel is considered annoying and may be cause for losing your citizenrights
8. Mining inside Elysium is forbidden and will result in losing your citizenrights, use the miningworld instead
9. Killing other people's animals is considered grieving and will be dealt with according to server rules
10. After 60 days of inactivity you may be kicked from the city, your possessions will be stored for another 40 days. After these 100 days your possessions in town are considered town property
11. Beacons are to have a switch to turn them on and off, with both the lord and mayor having acces to it (this is so that we can turn them off for screenshots)
12. You must obey the dictators.
13. Banned or kicked in another town? Explain what happened, and in most cases you will get a second chance here in Elysium
14. Let normal ethical rules be your guide, and have fun

How is this going to work? Does Epicity and Aurora get erased and me make a new zone. Or do we expand one of them?

So there is no vice I thought there would be and does this mean lex becomes a official mayor? Im confused to mvd.

Nope no vicemayors, you could see me and lex as vicemayor though because Drake's a lord. We will have some other feature though, involving districts. Because Elysium is so big we will split it in various districts, and will be contests between the districts. Drake suggested hunger games, nicest house election, I'd like a 'tidiest neighbourhood' award.
We could have every district having a seat in a City Council, and there could be some sort of official in each district.

Lets get this clear Ronald, the districts haven't kicked off yet, and second you don't have to report who lives in your district because you can see that by where the house is. or will be. Also its just an idea to create some competition and ease the mayor's job, its not a town and you're no boss. Just to get it clear.
