Fast Pvp

I got this idea from an old server I used to play on.

It is pvp in its simplest form: There is one arena, not too big, definately not too small. There is a lobby directly connected to the arena (There is a hole or something to fall into the arena.)

The lobby is special, when someone goes there it saves their inventory and it gives them the basic pvp kit: Full iron armour, iron sword, 5 steak, a golden apple, a bow and 32 arrows. The players drop down the hole into the arena and then it is basically pure pvp. When they die they respawn in the lobby with the kit and go and fight again.

This shouldn't be hard to code I hope. And pvp is fun :D. Maybe one command: /fastpvp join/leave. When they join they get teleported to the lobby, their inventory gets saved and they get the kit.

This could be a good addon to the mini games as I think there are no real pvp games on the server atm.

or the towns could build PvP arenas?

They could indeed but a global pvp game would be much more fun and we have a mini games project going on anyways, so why not add this in the future?

Would be fun for the towns to create PvP arenas, and it would give players a reason to visit other towns more often. As a mayor you should be interested in more tourism to your town ;)

Well, parkour could've been made in towns too, without a plugin :p but it is generally more enjoyable to do something with the whole server (a big community) rather than with a town (Small community)

You can kinda 'save' your inventory with /cp set
So that's another reason for pvp arenas per town: save inv, fight, /cp clear and you got your inv back. Also less coding^^

Hmm yeah that's true, didn't think of that.

Well, no need for this feature then :P
