You can use this plugin to login to our server without verfying your account.
On the first time you join (when this plugin is active), you have to /register <pass> your account.
Next time you will /login <pass> to get access to your identity.

Authorize - Authorization plugin (for offline-mode servers)

You do not need to take your minecraft.net account password!!
The password goes in a md5 hash protection. (nobody can read that)
