Heres a little view of mine so you get an impression when voting (its almost done)



The spawn is in the middle and there are 2 large "Welcome" rooms to the east and west parts of spawn, then there's a north and south exit, on the 2nd level there is a massive balcony on the room of both rooms, and 4 jail cells on the second level.

In the welcome rooms theres going to be a fun little mini tutorial that guides the player though the major parts of the server. And in the other there will be a leisure type place (With lots of intresting features)

Could be placed below the spawn, same size.
(We should give prisoners some space and something to do..)
