Enderchest /cpublic

For those who don't know : /cpublic allows other to use and access said item but not lock it or break it, only the creator of the permission can do that.

My suggestion is VERY simple, just add enderchests to the LWC config with the only protection possible being cpublic. This would make random enderchests sort of like ATM machines, where you have instant access to your stuff from any location.

You could also just keep them for every LWC open, So people could just have their private Ender-chests, And the ones in town could the Mayor (or builder) should decide what happens with it. Maybe it is an idea to like put (Server-made) enderchests in public places such as the CS and spawn.
