whats the seed?

Hi i have somthing that i want to do but i dont know if it would fit or look good so i was wandering if i somebody could give me the seed for the members world, byyyyyyyyeeeeee

Actually we have three different seeds. It starts with the very old alpha seed (at the old guest spawn).
Around that area is the second seed and the main world, which is the current is: 6452793866999238942

If you want to build a Test on the Seed of the map. You'll have a bad time. Looking for the exact place without cooördinates or Gmap, No warps and even ground is changed! I would rather try to build it in Creative. And just look if it looks cool and later build it.

you can use MCedit. It can generate maps with the old map generators. There are other ways aswell, but I do not know if heinz would approve of them so I will not state them without his approval.

well i was implying downloading hpcraft's map, but that could be used to steal it, which is why i don't think it's ok.

What if a mod like that was used to draft? Example, download epicity and see how a certain building would look in a certian place before building?

Its a minecraft, we dont have the world to "have perfect buildings" but to "build perfect buildings". Just build that house in Epicity, if it looks bad improve it... simple
Is Skytown famous because it has lots of nice buildings? no!
Skytown is great because we had fun building them!
