But serisouly, are we allowed to ask for one, because heinz's post said. "Do not ask for the emperor rank! We will not decide before the nation zones are created."

Giants, about asking for nations, you are right, you aren't supposed to. So technically this shouldn't be here. And now for the people who will be like "hurr durr you asked for Panem". Yes, but I asked Heinz beforehand about such a nation, and then made a settlers topic to describe the idea in detail. There will be much trouble over who gets what and all that stuff. I'm pretty sure (almost) everybody would love to be an emperor in HPcraft, this doesn't exclude myself. I'm pretty sure it will go beyond PXLZ. What WILL decide of the new emperors, I have no clue, at this stage we can only hypothesize. In the end, the decision is Heinz's alone. Obviously everybody will have their 2 cents to throw in, but the decision remains his.

Also, I believe that when Heinz will be ready for new nations he will make it known one way or another. It's up to people who feel they are up for the task to keep their eyes peeled.
