Perhaps we could have an "active-o-meter" at all the town topics? It could we updated every week and say how active the town is, like Very Active, Active, Pretty Active, Not Very Active and Inactive. Just a suggestion to make it more easy to pick a town for newbies, if you'd like to I could post something more detailed in the suggestions topic
