Underneath Epicity's farms there's a perfect copy of the farms, exactly the same, even the letters on the signs. Is this a bug or did someone copypaste things?

Not sure about that. It seems like something got copied from the TMP?
Then it's maybe your minecraft cache (if something like that exists).
