Help! I'm stuck!

Hey all,

All excited about the new update i went to the End and try to go through the end portal.
MISTAKE!

It appears "i cannot teleport with portals" or something or the sort and the server teleports me back a few blocks ... above the portal, so i fall in and the server tp me back a few blocks ... above the portal ...

And so on.

I tried to let the end game credits to play all the way through but same result, tp'ed back a few blocks back into the portal.

i hope i can be find the solid earth under my virtual feet again

Which portal are you talking about?
Do you think we should create a new end world?

You asked me if a new (End) world would be a good idea??
Any new world is a good idea to me
But i don't think that will fix the problem.

I was trying to use the End portal, in the End. I was trying to reach the "outter end" that was apparently introduced in 1.9, in order to get the Elytra wings.
Not sure if it is a new End or just another realm.

Hey Tryzzo,

There are different portals in the End now, so I can understand your confusion.
The big portal at the middle of the End world is meant to get back to the main world after killing the Enderdragon. After killing the dragon, another portal will spawn somewhere else on the island, allowing you to go to the Outer End.

It may be a little too late to tell you, since you're already stuck, but I thought i'd share this information to avoid any more people getting stuck.

Tryzzo isnt stuck anymore and the portal in the middle of our end world is closed, so there shouldnt be any accidents until the problem is solved.

As for the portal leading to the outer end, there isn't one. The most likely reason is because this is no 1.9 end world. However, if someone were crazy enough to build a bridge and make new chunks, those would be 1.9 chunks spawning in, right?

Anyways, I'm glad to hear everyone is back on their pixelated feet again.
