Okay so if you wanted to make the game more realistic instead of jailing all the criminals you could send them to a village for crime and the the people that dont do crime could go there and kill the crooks and collect a bounty

Good idea if people could not just do /spawn or /home; If people the did do crimes cared.

What I see as the problem with this is the fact that, if we put a "bounty" on there head that means they will just run around doing more damaged.

This also messes up the fact that most griefers just log out and never come back.

Not to burst your bubble, but its only a good concept and not practical in Minecraft.
